How to
seal a cartridge in an effective way?
Sealing
Cleanness of the head
Always clean in a parallel direction to rubbers, as they
are demonstrate the following pictures. The cleanness for
besides being parallel has to be made to the side of the
circuit from the other side of the cartridge to prevent
that if it tears the circuit.
Note: The ribbon is always
in the direction of rubbers to the exception of Inks HP
15D and 45.

Ribbon of sealing to use:
Fine (1cm) – Inks HP 26 / 29 / 14 e 28;
Medium (1,5cm) – Inks HP 49A / 51625A / Lexmark /
Samsung M40 / Phillips;
wide (2cm) – cartridge HP 15D e 45A.
Ãpply the ribbon:
Give heat into the ribbon and with the finger places it
ribbon in the head, as it demonstrates the following image.

Note: The sealing ribbon
never must exceed the circuit, otherwise exists the risk
to pull out the circuit when take off the ribbon to place
the cartridge in the printer.

How
to centrifuge an ink jet cartridge?
The process of centrifugalization
of the cartridges is so very simple, it have to put the
cartridges inside of the centrifuge with the head on the
direction of clock pointers and with the circuits out, leave
centrifuge untill the liquid no longer came out. In the
case of HP cartridges they can place five cartridges in
each line and four layers, the Lexmar places seven cartridges
in each line and can have six layers, cartridges CANON can
place eight in each line and do the layers that if to want.
In HP 6657 / 6656 / 8728 / 8727 / 6658 cartridges, the label
is placed out and the head for the center of centrifuge.

Note: If you don´t want
to crack the cartridges CANON BC-01 / BX-3 / BC-02 and BX-2
you have to put a rubberband surronding the cartridge, such
as is demonstrate the image above. Only the cartridges with
sponge can be centrifuged to the exception of ink CANON
BX-3.
