Ink Jet Cartridges
Introduction
Every cartridges, without
any exception should be passe for a first selection in order
that they can continue the recycling process. This first
drawing consists in the cleanness and verification of the
cartridge circuit, that verification is made trough a tester
circuit machine.
The cleanness of the cartridges circuit is made with paper
and isopropilic alcohol, in case that is still has some
dirtiness, clean with a rubber and with paper again.
Following the cartridges is tested in the tester machine,
when a test is made in a cartridge, if one light fails,
that cartridge is not good. When it fails always the same
light, it have to be verefied if the circuit of cartridge
or the circuit of the tester is not dirty, for clean the
tester machine use a wet paper, never use alcohol. When
you put the cartridge in the tester machine it always should
be put in low and only after pressued against the circuito,
you can´t place the cartridge and drag the circuit
because you can damage the circuits.
Followed it must still look for the physical structure of
the cartridge to detect some inherent anomaly or physical
damages, in the body of cartridge or in the head..
Always it should have a nice temperature and humidity where
you going to work. When the temperatures are very low (less
than 17 degrees), cartridges as LEX 13400HC or the LEX 12A1970
is very difficult to recycle and in some cases realy impossible.

will have to weigh between 106 and 110 Gr.);
7º Verify the pressurization puting the cartridges
with the head below and pressing the walls of the same one
to establish itself ink leave. Case has left ink must pressurizes
pulling them again a little of ink.
8º Circuits Cleaning (with isopropilic alcohol and
rubber) and leave to rest during around half hour.
9º Do the respective tests until the cartridge be found
in perfect conditions and with a perfect printing;
10º Seal the cartridges with heat and with appropriate
ribbon (wide– 2 cm);
11º Final cleanness until not possessing ink in the
