Completely automatic
Completely automatic, DI makes simple the ink cartridge filling process, with the only advantage of reduction the operator specialization.

Cartridge filling and ink steadiness is automatically done by electronic, pneumatic and peristaltic operations, in order to mantain the cartridge in is original quality, avoiding ink spilling in his useful time. These operations run throungh PLC, allowing software update.

With Vacuum Chamber
The vacuum chamber admits 24 different ink type, shared in 6 tricolor group and 6 more for black cartridges.

DI achieves a productivity of 1200 cartridges in 8 labour hours.

Use DI to refill all kind of sponge cartridges up to 60ml/ink. the most common cartridges are operated software default properties.
